SERVICE ORDERS

$150 Equipment Diagnostic Charge - Covers trip charge and first hour of labor. Once issue(s) is found an estimate of repair will be giving and after service is confirmed repairs will be made. If diagnostic or repair exceeds an hour, labor rates will be added at $95 per hour. Cost of parts, materials, shipping, and equipment incurred to complete work order will be added to the total of the invoice. If cost total of parts, materials, shipping and equipment is greater than $200 a purchase order will need to be completed and paid to obtain items to complete service.

PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE

PM service is schedule maintenance to help increase the life span of the equipment and to prevent and/or diagnose any potential issues with equipment. PM service is not a repair order! But, while we will thoroughly clean the coils, check gaskets, and clear drain lines, the system will undergo an extensive checklist to determine any possible future issue. If unit is not operable or not fully functioning a estimate of repair will be giving and needs to be approved to continue pm and repairs. Ice machine pm require a clean and sanitize cycle to be ran for proper pm. Time to complete an ice machine pm will very dependent on manufacturer, model, and size.

OVENS & FRYERS - $250-$400

WALK-IN UNIT - $175 or $225 with roof top condenser

EXHAUST FAN - $175-$250
